I've played off and on with Carib for many years and I've never once complained about one time. For all of the money I've lost over the years, I've never received one rebate. Today an email comes out saying that beginning July 1st, there's a new rebate program. I feel so slighted as an existing customer because I haven't received not one red cent. Furthermore, whenever I try to call their main number, the phone system is down. How does this sportsbook get a B rating with their out dated system. I'm very disappointed with them and it's time to report what I've experienced with this book.
