    Fonbet not paying

    Hello guys,
After Fonbet for some reason cancelled one of my winning bets and made the timeout for live bets from 4 seconds to 10(when you bet on live matches you have to wait to accept your bet), now they do not want to pay me my other winnings.
For the last 5 days I made multiple withdraw request and chatted with the support. Fonbet support tells me that the transaction was cancelled from my card issuer.
Of course I called several times my bank about this. The bank told me something different - there were NO attempts at all from the side of Fonbet to make a transaction. There was no request received from my bank(the biggest bank in Bulgaria) to make any transfer and they told me that Fonbet did not try at all to transfer money.
The support of Fonbet on the other side insists, that they made everything possible to send the money. So one of the both sides is lying.
Can you please give me an advise how to get my money? Should I speak to a lawyer or any betting association?

Thank you guys(and maybe girls) in advance!

It could be an intermediary bank rejecting it before it gets to your bank.

Do you have another option for your payout you can ask them to try instead?

Nope, only with that credit card, which I used for deposit. There is also a skrill method, but is not available for me. I asked them to "unlock" it, so that I can withdraw my money, but the advise was to deposit money with skrill so that I can withdraw them after that with skrill. But that means to deposit more money to a site, which rejects to pay me and the support is not trying to do anything. Well at least I got that opinion for their support after reading their messages.

They are fairly legit. I think you can be confident there is some real problem happening with the pay to card happening.

And it is normal at many books that you need to deposit via a method before being allowed to use it for withdrawal. I think it is part of anti money laundering procedure.

If you can get Skrill in Bulgaria, for me it would be worth the risk of a minimum deposit to solve the problem.

Especially if it is a decent sum you have in there.

Be aware they will probably want you to bet the newly deposited amount at least once before withdrawing it again too.

    Please do and good luck.

If you can't find a solution with them you are welcome to submit a sportsbook complaint form, but honestly it should just be a case of finding a working method.

Well it seems that I can not use skrill also. They do not accept mastercards used for gambling sites. Just deposited on skrill but cant deposit with that money ln fonbet. It seems like i am never going to get my money. Ans its not about a small amount, but several minimal salaries here..

Apparently i deposited 12 euros on skrill and can withdraw to my bank account only 6.50 as there are fees of 5.50 for withdraw. I also payed taxes for depositing. What the f.. Is this. Should I fulfill the sportsbook complaining form and how would that help me?

Edit 2 fonbet tols me to use ecopayz for the deposit. It also doesnt accept deposits to fonbets because my card is master card. I do not see how i am going to take my money. This is not serious...

In the mean time they also limited my account and I cant bet even 10 cents: Event maximum stake is exceeded "LIVE 1:1 1st half Sao Carlos SP U20 - Capivariano SP U20 2"|Max=0 EUR

Your best bet is to fill out the Complaint Form. If they've limited you to ten cents a bet then you're basically being shown the door and you need to make sure you can get your money safely out of there. Also I'd suggest contacting them again and explaining that because you only have that type of card those options aren't available to you. Ask them for another payment method that doesn't use that card if you haven't already!

Skrill offers many many ways to fund them. Fonbet also offers many alternatives to Skrill.

This is a problem that You need to seek a solution for yourself. No use submitting a complaint that you cant use the specific card you want to. And no use complaining about it to Fonbet. Neither will help.

But what happens if they really want me to bet the deposited amount as you told me above? Even if I try a way to deposit to fonbet (i really opened every single option multiple times and I was not able to use my card or the site is not supported in Bulgaria), i am not going to ve able to place a single bet for the amount of the deposit. Then they will tell me sorry for the inconveniences. I am already in with couple hunderds of euro and I should try to deposit even more in this site, which at the end can scam me? As think as I have deposited with my ********** they are obligated to find a way to give me my money that way. I also made efforts and agreee to withdraw with skrill, but nothing. They just do not want to help me and think I will leave this money in the balance just like that.

Optional will have more experience with Fonbet lately than I will as I only deal with complaints now once in awhile but I genuinely don't believe you should deposit any more money with them now that your bet max is limited. If your card is the problem then you need to talk to Fonbet to find a solution that doesn't involve that specific card. There are many available surely. If you continue to have issues please send me a PM and we can try to contact them directly for you but please do so first as that usually is the easiest way to resolve things.

Particularly with cards, they do not see it that way. Merchant, bank and issuer rules change too often to guarantee anything.

You can still argue with them on that point if you like. I don't think it will get you anywhere is all.

Agree, having limits slashed to 0 changes things.

Well for some reason 1xbet always managed to pay me in 10 to 15 minutes from my withdraw request. Even if it is Sunday night, 15 minutes after that the money is in my bank account. While fonbet one week later, still do not reply on my inquiries how to withdraw..
