the bank was where i usually had the biggest gripe, my bank would charge $72 for a canadian check and put a 30-day hold on it.

i used to like betonline, with the $50 fee reduction on fridays, and there you can get m.oneyord.ers instead

thanks for mentioning heritage, i went to their website to check payout options and got some free nfl squares

looks like they send cashier checks (which would probably be free to cash?), and 1 free payout every 30 days

Heritage does offer 1 free check per month. On average they take 2 weeks to arrive. Bovada offers 1 free check every 90 days and also take 2 weeks.

If you're willing to pay $50 per check, the Bookmaker family is the fastest--typically 2-3 days.
