1xBet block account with 2820 EUR on it

    Dear All,
    I need your help!
Please tell me what to do?
My name is Alesya, I live in Latvia. Sometimes I buy lottery tickets, I believe in luck.
Recently, very often I notice a lot of advertising 1xbet on TV, and on the Internet.
I asked husband about that, he replied that this is a bookmaker with the largest selection of sports betting.
From sports, I understand only football and basketball, because together with the children we go and cheer for the local team. I decided to try.
I registered in early November (5th of November 2018). I made my first deposit on 6th of November 2018, from my bank card, while I figured out what to do, I lost my deposit.
I made another deposits from my Skrill account, from 07 to 10 November 2018, finally I won a little, then lost, then won again.
In the end, on 12 of November, I decided to withdraw € 100 back to my skrill account.
1xbet asked me for passport copy, the husband said it was a normal practice, I mailed passport photos to security-en@1xbet.com, than 1xbet requested my registered account number at 1xBet, I sent it, than they asked me what relationship I had with (Name, Last Name) husband. I was very surprised about that question, I write that he is my husband, after which on 13.11.2018 I received a letter:

    ———
I don’t know what to do now, the account is blocked, I can’t enter to the account. Before account was blocked there were 2820 € !
I tried to contact with them in live chat, they said write to security@1xbet.com, I wrote them, 4 days no answer, I ring them to support phone, they said write to security@1xbet.com!
Please help me what to do!

    Reagards,
    Alesja

Hi Alesya - It sounds like they may think your husband is controlling your account or you and he are using both accounts to try to circumvent limits. Unfortunately on the forum there are many many people who have had issues with 1xbet and the last time I tried to get someone help they no longer cooperated with SBR. You can always try sending in a complaint form though and one of our Dispute Analysts will attempt to help you out if they can. Please in the future do a Google search about a sportsbook before giving them any of your money as you'll sometimes find there are many unhappy customers of theirs and you're better off gambling elsewhere, including the sportsbooks SBR rates B+ and better.

Here's the complaint form if you want to use it: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

The usual story of a stupid arber, wanted to make money on his wife's account. You can forget about money, you broke several points of their rules at once and no one will help you anymore.

There is some rule that family members not allow to have their own accounts on one bookmaker?

that's not what the posters above meant to say, I think - but yes: at some bookmakers only one account per household is permitted. And 1xbet is one of them:

    31. Each registered customer may have only one account. Regarding registration on the website this rule applies to one household, one address, one email address, one credit/debit card or one IP-address.

Hello Gordinska, at the moment this happened, you and your husband had 2 active accounts on 1xBEt? Was the address on your and your husband's ID the same?

    Thank You.
