    Betcruise doesnt pay!!!

    Hello, I made a withdrawal request of 1000 eur on 29th of October and I am still waiting for my money. I also send a sbr complaint and also tried to contact them with their email info@betcruise.com.
    I did get respond on 14th of November: Hi, we will check it, thanks.
    And there is still nothing. Does anyone have same problem???
