Their technical team just didn't do their job correctly. And they've left me having to do their testing FOR THEM. I've now had to compare my old wagers with their new system a half dozen times. And because of the new sh*tty way that they display wagers where you have to open up each one individually to see it, this exercise takes about an hour each time to perform.

    Thank god I had a record of all my wagers. I wonder how many customers have had futures $ stolen from them because of this issue and still have no idea.

    Unacceptable.
    LOL. I guess I’ll be filling out an SBR complaint when I get home. This is ridiculous.

    I'm not sure what can be done really, but agree it's past time that this should have been fixed and you may as well shoot in a complaint form now and maybe Lou can at least confirm the assurance that you won't lose out if nothing else.

    I think the attention SBR commands will be all the help I need. I believ what has happened is that they believe the job is done (all old wagers are loaded into the new system), so no one is working on fixing the issue.

    I think the attention SBR commands will be all the help I need. I believ what has happened is that they believe the job is done (all old wagers are loaded into the new system), so no one is working on fixing the issue. They didn’t keep my ticket open because they told me it was a known issue. So there was no closed loop on making sure my ticket was resolved when the technical team completed their work.
