Those thief settled my bet on Liverpool - Stoke with odd 1 without reason. My account is verified.
I just checked that they even don't have any valid license for work. They should be blacklisted immediately.

I've opened account and added funds. I've placed 142 euros bet on match Liverpool - Stoke on draw at odd 6.60. After match finished and my bet was win, they locked my account for verification. They asked me to send them 10 e-mails with different types of pictures and documents and I provided them with everything and my account was unlocked.
Dear Sir/Madam Marija .Your Account №10712526 has been checked. Your Account has been unlocked.

When I've entered my account I've seen that bet is winning but they settled it with odd 1 and on my question why is settled with odd 1 they sent me this:

Hello,Administration of betting company reserves right to block the opportunity of client's account to place bets, cancel all bets or address to law enforcement bodies if the following cases are found out:13.1. Client made additional registration (multi accounting) to avoid restrictions that were previously set by the betting company;13.2. Client possessed information about the result of the event to the moment of making bet, either being active participant of the match or interested individual who acted in the name of participants;13.3. Bets were made by a group of registered clients on the base of previous concert – in a coherent manner to avoid restrictions that were previously set by the betting company;13.4. Client regularly made bets on the events which results have been fixed to the moment of bet making;13.5. Client committed frauds against the betting company.In all above mentioned cases betting company reserves right to pay out account balance excluding commission of payment systems of funds deposit/withdraw.

After their e-mail I wrote to them this: I've not done anything of that you've mentioned. Why my bet is with odd 1 you did not mentioned anything.

And there is no new e-mail from them. I've sent you here their last two e-mails and previous e-mails were all about asking for documents and they are not relevant for my concern regarding settling of my bet.

I just want to add few more comments about my case:

In their answer regarding their rules there is absolutely so many things that they can use to cheat players. Also what where my chances regarding my bet? It seems that my options were to lose my bet or just to get my funds back if I win it. If they said multi accounting how could I know that. How could any player know that his account is calculated as multi account and have no chance for win (just to lose bet or get money back)? I have just one account there and that is fact.

How could they prove 13.2. Client possessed information about the result of the event to the moment of making bet ?
How could they prove or how could any player know tat there is other players placed same bet for this rule 13.3. Bets were made by a group of registered clients?
13.4. Client regularly made bets on the events which results have been fixed to the moment of bet making; (this is same rule as 13.2) and how could they prove that ?
13.5. Client committed frauds against the betting company. (what is that and how could be proven)?

At all that is fraudster company which is operating without LICENSE !!! Here is link with proof for that:
