I registed at bet at home before 4 years. Everything was ok . at 10. january 2018. I deposited 200eur and receive reload bonus of 100%. I fulfilled bonus requirements and 28. january I requiest withdraw of 2500eur. They requested id , bill and selfie. I send to them all. next day they requested me another documents, I send another document. but then answer thats not enough either. they told that pictures are blurry and they cannot see id information on my selfie and they need one more bill. Again I send all requested documents and I waitting few days. at 07. february I send them mail that I still waitting for my money. They answer me that my account is locked because I not successfully passed the check documentation. And they cannot withdraw me money because my account is locked. I send them mail about what is problem (documents are certainly not) but they not answering. I am poked and confused. I really do not know what is problem why they are locked my account and take away my money. I send them 3 bill and 10 selfies documents certainly not a problem. nobody not use my pc and wifi only me. I really not know what is problem . please help me

hello at 20.02. I send complaint to MGA and today I receive answer:

Further to the below case, please be informed that we have received information from the representative of Bet-at-home.com Internet Limited (bet-at-home.com) who have informed the MGA that the documents you have provided were not approved and not verified. The operator provided information and data which is extracted from their internal systems. This they do as part of the ongoing investigations that the MGA orders when a player complaint is received. This information is of a sensitive nature and cannot be provided to the player as is your case. In your specific case, the information was passed to the MGA and examined in detail so as to confirm the Operator’s explanation of events. From the Authority’s end, it was determined that the Operator acted in accordance to the regulations and Terms and Conditions.

We therefore trust that the case is closed.

I still not know what is problem and why they are closed my account. today I send them all documents what I was send to betathome and waitting for answer. But probably I will not receive any answer because MGA does not worry for robbed customers. Sometimes this was reliable bookmaker today they closed accounts and they take the money for no reason or explanation

For a minute I though I was reading a fairy tale from Hans Christian Andersen. Best thing you can do is hire a lawyer in Malta if you can afford it. Maybe this is what BetAtHome is thinking, that you cant afford a lawyer.

I never understood why (whether it's legal business or illegal) someone would fuk someone out of 2500, but lose 10x or 20x that in potential business. If they have a LEGIT reason, then, of course, they can choose to stand by it, but this seems like they are fukking him.
