I am using flamantis from 2 days and deposited to this bookmaker 5200 TRY (1200 EUR ).
Played some bets, i was lucky and i won some of them.
I requested withdrawal, they requested documents, okay sent them.
Waiting from yesterday to settle my bets from 30 HOURS on the friendly game:

Still not credited these bets.
I don't know what more they wait but this is very strange and today they cancelled my withdrawal and took -1100 TRY from my account.
Now they refuse to pay my money and i don't know what's their reason.
These games were friendlies which aren't settled and i have other games as well which i won there.
I will be happy if you can assist me in this case as this is typical scam what flamantis makes.

I am from Germany but my ecopayz has EUR and TRY currencies.

I don't remember which currency i opened at begin by flamantis and than saw it's TRY and they couldn't change it and i used it so.

Their reason is SURE BET when they said now.

I don't know how they can tell it to be honest.

Their reason is SURE BET when they said now.

I don't know how they can tell it to be honest.

They probably spend more on their software to monitor potential arbs against them than any arber does to find them.

It only takes a handful of instances of hitting arbs against the same other book at the right time for you to be flagged. And even if you had a wide selection of opposing books to use, or placed a lot of single bets as well, the stats of how often you "get lucky" and hit one get WAY out of range of everyone else fast anyway.

If a book seriously wants to catch out arbers, it's almost impossible to avoid detection.


Everyone agrees they should not be allowed to confiscate winnings for this and should cash you out and just close your account, but as Lonnie said above, they don't care what everyone thinks and if you want to take advantage of the group as an arber, you just have to play the game their way :\

It took 2-3 hours when spoke with them.

They don't want to check documents (more that 4 business days instead time frame 3), they don't answer phone, reject all payments, chat support just tell to write emails with no answers and as I understand it would be very hard to return even my deposit money. They are 10 years in the betting industry and now spoil everything. How to return money? Could anyone help with the advise? It's better to make small payouts or maybe one big and wait? Maybe someone have phone or email of chief manager. It's not normal that few days ago I deposit 1000+ Euro and can't withdraw anything...

Alex, you sound too worried about this. You will be sounding suspicious to the book as well if you are talking about just wanting your deposit back after 4 days wait for KYC.

I suggest you try to stay patient and just wait for the KYC to be completed and deal with the outcome once known. There is nothing you can do to positively help by complaining. Plenty of books can take a week or so. 4 days isnt that unusual.
