Hi,I had a bet at betballer.com. My bet was for chiefs +3.5 rounds to win. The game ended 15-15 and therefore with the +3.5 my bet should have won but the bet was cancelled after the match was over. After getting a response from betballer it seems they are trying to play different angles to not pay out. They are claiming that because the game did not go to overtime, they don't have to pay. "Since no overtime has been played the match format is different and all bets have been void since the odds provided are not correct for the format that was played." The format of this tournament was established before the match and before the odds odds of this game came out. I have included the links of the results of the game and also included a screenshot of their response.

Also after checking my betting history after not playing at your site in quite some time, I noticed that my account has been made negative from a cancelled bet. This was the last bet I had on your site. Screenshot is posted below in an imgur link with description of how the exact amount made negative in my account was the winning payout - my initial bet. Makes 0 sense to me. Care to explain how that happened?

this was the season leaderboards which obviously stated draws:
