    Anyone else having issues accessing Live betting on Betcris?

    Been happening since a few days now, when i log in from my mobile, i get an error saying forbidden, access denied. From the laptop, i am able to log in and access the pre match betting markets but live betting does not open nor does the classic interface.

    After having reported the issue to betcris, i have been advised that a few people are facing this, yet since 5 days now, nothing has been done about it.

    Anyone else here facing the same issues with them?

    Nothing live on this second but it seems to open up fine as does the classic interface (although Live does not appear to have a classic interface option. Goes to new interface from Classic menu.)

    There are problems now with live betting. Nothing is working for me anyway.

    It is opening for some customers and for others it is causing the problem i stated. They should be working on rectifying this soon, it has almost been a week. Optional can you please take this up with them?

    Use a VPN for Europe and it will work.

    They are just giving vague replies like its working for some customers and its not for some, but they are not giving any specific time frame of this being rectified that is pretty strange for a A listed sportsbook, they should have got this sorted in these 9 odd days.

    10 days and betcris still can't get their live betting problem sorted, thinking of shifting to another book, its ridiculous, i have sent them screenshots of the problem and explained in detail, done whatever they told me yet they cannot sort this out and the response from the customer service is pretty vague to say the least, i think SBR should take this up with them and give us an answer.

    I am sure an A+ Book cannot have such a problem lingering for 10 days !
