    Pinnacle Stalling Payouts

I understand Pinnacle has a very good reputation in the industry and is A+ rated, but I am not sure why they seem to be drastically stalling a relatively small payout for $1,500 AUD to me, and was wondering if anyone who has tried to withdraw recently has had this issue.

    So this is what happened:

Sept 12, requested a payout of $1,500 AUD. I was asked to submit proof of ID, front and back of credit card, and proof of address. Fairly standard, I submitted all of the documents within a couple of hours of their request.

Sept 13, "Ryoko" told me to please confirm my address, as I had changed address and forgot to update it. I confirmed the new address, and was also asked to re-send the back of my credit card signed. I submitted that immediately also and was told I will be notified when approved.

Sept 14, "Eva" asked me to submit a copy of the front of my card again, since my first upload showed only the first 4 and back 4 digits of card. Was asked for a copy that showed first 6 digits and back 4 digits. I submited it immediately.

Sept 16, "Eva" told me to submit a bank statment for my credit card. I submitted it. It was a direct PDF download from the Commonwealth Bank website.

Sept 17, "Carrie" told me my document was "too blurry", even tho it was a PDF downloaded straight from the bank. I re-downloaded it, and re-submitted it.

Sept 20 (today) , I was told by "Sae Young":
"As we thoroughly checked on our system, we have not received the information pertaining to your card ending in ****----, since the day that we requested you to re-submit it."
And was told to re-submit them again.
Now I submitted my card details once more and am waiting again and was told my "Norma" to wait a further 72 hours.

This is getting ridiculous. I have had to re-submit something new almost every day, and now that there's nothing new to re-submit, they are asking me to start the process over claiming that I never submitted the documents to begin with, even though I had gotten confirmation emails after submitting...

They aren't stalling...they just have to verify everything correctly.

Next time, simply get through the verification as soon as you register/deposit and you'll have the withdrawal within an hour or 2 after requesting it.

The account was verified a long time ago, it's just I used a new card for my most recent deposit. Wasn't asked for any verification until I requested the withdrawal.

5Dimes does this to me. They ask me for a credit card scan along with a handwritten form with 5Dimes account info every time I want to withdraw. They want the card I made a deposit with a long time ago but have only deposited and withdrawn with Bitcoin over the last few years. I usually only bet on the NFL so I deposit at the beginning of the season and withdraw after the Super Bowl. None of the money from that card has been in my account for a few years yet they still want that card. I don't have the card anymore so I contacted them and they wanted me to scan a more recent card even though I don't use ************ (why is it censoring the word "creditcards" if it has a space) for deposits anymore. I gave them the new card and every time I want to withdraw they ask me for my old card and have to repeat the process. Problem still isn't solved but I only have to deal with this once a year so fixing it isn't on the top of my to-do list. As long as the sportsbook is reputable I wouldn't worry about it too much. Even though the process is flawed, I really do think they are tying to prevent fraud and not deny you your money. Unfortunately, in your case their process is VERY flawed but you will eventually get your money.

Sounds like they have some suspicion you may not be the original account holder. Particularly if you have changed both your normal connection and device as well as your address since last verification.

That all sounds a bit maddening but if you are the real person you can be fairly certain they will get you paid in the end.

BTW, I thought they would not accept a downloaded bank statement at all. So that might be part of the problem but the CS person did not explain properly.

Yea I can understand why they would have security checks to prevent fraud, but the process of asking to re-submit documents 1 by 1 instead of all at one time (with wait periods between each item being submitted) is really frustrating.

Pinnacle is the fastest payout book in the world. as soon as I click the withdrawal box
in the cashier page, and before I exit to the main menu, I've already gotten a notification e-mail from my e-wallet that funds have been received in my account.
total time lapsed, 1 minute. never seen anything like that anywhere else!

    Just another update...

    Sept 23
(72 hours since I last re-submitted my credit card front and back)
"Gua Fu" asked me to submit a copy of my bank statement again.
This is the third time I am submitting this, asking it to not be a PDF "to avoid it from being corrupted on [his] end". I submitted it as a JPG file instead.

Has now been 11 days since I first submitted my documents, and over 20 emails back and forth.

Try this one: Print the bank statement and make a photography of it and send them the photography instead of a pdf or jpeg file. It sounds stupid but it might help.

Got an email asking to send another bank statement that shows the pinnacle deposit transaction, and just sent it in.

Wonder what they will ask for next....

I assume they are stalling to try to hit the 120 day mark since orig. CC deposit to defend against a ch@rgeback? Seems absurd, but I cannot think of any other reason to blatantly stall like this.

Fast payouts is for small amounts i believe. If you try to withdraw a medium amount of money you there is no fast payout If pinnacle search so a lot ,imagine other bookies what do in order to avoid to pay. Finally i believe that you will get paid.It is the most reliable bookie.
