Nitrogen sports freezes account
Nitrogen Sports just froze my account when I tried to make a withdrawal. I live in New York but have been in NJ for work the last 3 weeks and have made over 9 deposits and bet on multiple games since I've been here, but all of the sudden when I want to make a withdrawal I get a message that my account is frozen and that I can try to log in again when I'm back in NY. Please use this Sportsbook with caution as this is a major red flag. I will update.
This is the message I get from them. We all know this is bullshit.

To ensure that there has not been a security breach, we would ask that you log in to your account from a previously known location. I do apologize for any inconvenience, but our users' account security is a top priority at Nitrogen, which I'm sure you can appreciate.

Have you tried replying that you are at the same location as you were when you made the last 9 deposits so it is a 'known location' you have used before?
It's probably a sensible security measure at a book that doesnt collect ID but agree if you have made that many deposits from the location it sounds a bit silly.
If you can't get anywhere with them feel free to shoot in a sportsbook complaint form and maybe SBR can assist.
Relax man. Maybe a little over the top because it's state to state and just over the bridge, but hardly anything to be up in arms about. If anything, it is a good thing they take security seriously.
It's not over the top, because they only froze my account when I tried to withdraw, I literally two deposits yesterday alone from New Jersey; not to mention its bitcoins, I'm not going to be back to New York for another two weeks, what if the bitcoin price significantly drops?Originally Posted by Foxx

This is no need for caution. You should appreciate this measure... It would not be hard to imagine you coming here to complain if they allowed a withdraw that you didnt authorize to an unknown IP... you would be yelling what kind of security do they have
My advice, as I had this happen to me before
Add 2fa on nitro if you havent already, and email them from your registered email address, stating that you appreciate the security, but you have 2fa, and you are emailing from your registered email, and to allow the withdrawal to go through
I did this, and i never had the issue pop up again

where was this security measure when he was depositing?
it could have been somebody else depositing and emptying his wallet
when it only hurts the player but profits the book i.e. depositing. no security measures
when it hurts the book but profits the player ie withdrawals, they make things difficult and make it seem like they are doing it out of concern, but there is a good chance they are doing it to delay payment and/or discourage withdrawals
if they honestly cared about the safety of the customers money they would have the same procedure on deposits as well

C'mon. Seriously who deposits into someone else's account and how would that hurt the player? Trust me nitrogen is not trying to slowpay. It's good they have this security in place. It does look suspicious if you are trying to withdraw from a different location. Deposit in someone else's account LOL. I wish someone would do that to me.
people post from all different IP's especially if you travel
well there have been cases where sportsbook accounts were hacked and the players funds gambled away
also if player has his payment info on file the third party can deposit and waste someones bitcoin
I am going through this too. They froze my account on 7/11 and they told this was because I needed 2 point authorization on my account, and I needed to remove my vpn.
I did both of these things, and the freeze was removed. Then 1 day later on 7/14/2017 it is back up. This time I have not received a response, and no one is paying attention to me.
All I know is they are having serious problem right now and it is starting to look like an exit scam. It may not be , but it definilty looks this way. Read this article here:

This is the excuse they are giving. I will keep you all posted, but before I go one last thing. The second freeze on my account did not happen until I tried to withdraw my balance. Keep in mind that I am not using a vpn service, and I have my double authentication added on to my account. The first time they told me they froze my account to protect me. Lets see what they say this time as there is no way a hacker could be stealing my money as I have double authentication turned on.

Look at this post. He is not lying this is happening to everyone. IF you have money there try logging into your account and taking it out. Good luck with that too! Or log into your account and read the message boards on the online forum. Everyone is complaining. DON't DEPOSIT MONEY THERE UNTIL YOU VERIFY YOU CAN WITHDRAW WHAT YOU HAVE FIRST.

Calm down. First off, you have what, $200 at stake here? Secondly, of course they have shut down all payouts. They allowed users to past-post at will for a period of time, and it will take time to sort that out.
Not defending Nitrogen for making such a ridiculous mistake, but this is no way looks like an "exit scam."
I don't think they have shut down ALL payouts. I received one this morning from a request late last night.
Don't listen to this guy. I got a payout today that took 1 hour. Obviously it's an issue with him. He probably bet on games that were already finished. Payouts were delayed yesterday but a lot of people are reporting getting paid, myself included. As a matter of fact I just made another deposit there a half hour ago.
We are waiting on you to post your bets with the time stamps to show you weren't past posting. We have seen from two long time members here that they were paid today.
If you work with nitrogen sports can you address my issue. My account has been locked for 3 days now off an off. I added double authentication to avoid this, and it happen again. My vpn is off to.
This only happens when I attempt to withdraw my funds. Please remove the hold on my account otherwise my only weapon is to tell the world my story. I have been ignored by your support department. I have been ignored by your online system on your website. This is a long shot as I would be surprised it you actually pay attention to these threads.

I don't work for Nitrogen but your urgency leads me to believe that you were of the Phucks that past posted games and you're trying to steal from them. If you aren't I will sincerely apologize but you will need to post the wagers with the time stamps before anyone here is going to believe anything you say.
This exact thing happened to me as I travel for work...they sent same message I had to send them a IP address which I use frequently which I did and all was cleared up in 1 hour...good security I don't mind one bit...the only thing that was strange is I use 2 factor
I'm waiting over 21 hours on my payout and i'm getting very nervous. Praying it get sent before the 24 hour mark.
Over 25 hours now and still waiting with no time frame.

RonPaul you posted that you received a payment yesterday. Did you make two withdrawals and only one of them has come through so far?

I had one from the night before that got paid. I only requested like 1/6th of my balance as I figured there was a better chance of getting it. Requested another a few hours after receiving the first and i've been waiting over 30 hours now.
That sucks Ron. I hope you get paid soon. I imagine that they are spending a ton of man hours going through all of the accounts checking for past posting before they pay out.
