    Zebet payout

    Hi dear SBR,

    I wanted to tell you about my problem with Zebet.com
    I am waiting from 3 weeks for withdrawal to skrill and they always replied that i have to wait.
    From 1 week they refuse either to reply on my mails.
    I filled complaint already on SBR.
    I would be happy if someone could help me.
    Amount there is 5800EUR.

    Btw. forgot to tell that my account has been verified on 10th May and they sent me email that i am able to withdraw money.

    This began to be disgusting.
    Tried to call them today and again received the same answer:
    ,,You have to wait sir. I can't give you more information. "

    I simply don't know what to do more.
    Account is verified, everything is fine and I am waiting for joke bookmaker to send my money.
    I hope someone can help me at that case.

    Are they asking you to wait whilst they verify your account or ID?

    No @Optional .
    My account is verified as i said at 10th May after i proceed all the required documents to them and they wrote me an email that i am able to withdraw money.
    They don't give me more information why my payment is delayed etc.

    I would be happy if someone can help me from SBR community. Would be great.

    Zebet has not responded directly to SBR.

    Apparently the Maltese regulator is reviewing the complaint though.

    Are they in contact with you directly?

    Hey mate,
    MGA told me that they investigate the case now and they need some time to come with conclusion.
    I hope zebet will pay finally and i will close my account immediately.
    And just today they credited a bonus from 40eur to me which i rejected of course as this could be trick from their side.
    Will inform the auditory if i have more updates.

    Not too good reports about them.
    My friend had some issues with tipbet and mga couldnt help him too.
    Hope now Mga will solve it.

    Incredible reply from these mugs.They told me that the tennis bet was suspicious and that they will investigate it etc.I told them okay, void it if you have problems with it and pay me the soccer bet which was won at least.They refuse to do it as well.Great job scammers.

    And just got my deposit back from these mugs without my win which was total 4300eur as winning.
    They sent me 1520eur and the rest not.
    I don't know what to say about them .
    Be aware of them !

    Did MGA say they agreed with this?

    What about the tennis bet was suspicious do you have any idea?

    They finally replied to SBR today but refused to discuss the details any further than saying you had upset them by harassing employees via personal social media accounts and they had the issue in hand.

    MGA didn't agreed i guess as i am waiting for conclusion from them at the moment.
    The tennis bet if was suspicious, why they reply me 1 month later mate ?
    Why not at the moment?
    And i just have 300eur on it, if it was 100% for me, i would bet 1500eur you know which i made as deposit there.
    Was good tip just, which i took and won, so what can I do ?

    I didn't harassed their employees as i tried to contact them just to take more information but they refused to write me to all my emails.
    They sent my deposit from 1520eur to my skrill and now i will wait for the answer of MGA it seems.

    Don't argue with Zebet further but do write to the MGA and tell them your account has now been closed and Zebet still have not given you a proper explanation and ask what they will do about this.

    I don't know how to explain it.
    This is maybe one of the worst jokes in the year.
    They called me, they said that the game was fixed and they have evidence from the Tennis association and now they tell that I have admitted on the phone.
    I don't know what to say to be honest, as they are kidding in the worst way .
    How can a customer staff laugh to me?
    How can a customer staff say to me you are fraudulent person?
    Be aware of them just, not worth of playing by scam bookmakers.
    Btw. waiting from MGA reply till tomorrow as they said, will keep you updated.

    Never don't trust to MGA as well.
    They say that a settlement has been reached but with who ?
    The joke bookmaker closed my account and sent my deposit back but dear MGA said that it's closed.
    I wait whole month for this joke answer?
