    5dimes Issue.

For the record I've never had an issue with this site.
Been playing for almost a decade.

Made a deposit the day the World Baseball Classic started.
2 weeks ago I requested a BitCoin payout.
    NO PROBLEM!
Money is my checking account 48 hours later.

I've been playing with the balance and went on a nice run the other day.
I requested a BitCoin payout 2 days ago.

I got an email from them thinking its the email where you have to match your bitcoin address.
    No.
    Its a verification email.

They want me to verify a **** card I verified in December.
    Ok fine.
    Verify that card.
    Re submit the payout request.

I get an email last night.
We received your items your account is good.

    Ok. Resubmit that payout request.

I get a email this morning I need to verify ANOTHER card I verified MONTHS AGO.
    Ok. Fine.
    Do it AGAIN.

I call an hour later and they say Im good to go.
I RESUBMIT the Payout request AGAIN.

I get an email and I see Verification in the Subject line,
    Im Furious now.
They say I need to send a bill for a phone number IVE NEVER USED OR SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!
They said I shared this number with another player.

I flip out for a half hour on live chat and the guy finally says that It's ok we dont need that phone number its removed from your file.

Im asking this guy how did it get on my file to begin with he has no answers.

    What is going on fellas??

don't know what' s going on either. would like to also know if payout was resubmitted and accepted or not this time. sometimes payouts are a pain in the ass. it happens. no one wants the extra effort it takes to get your own money. once they have your money you have to do what they want to get it back. so if after this it went thru, you are one of the many that it took too many hoops to go thru to get paid. if they are still not paying you out, file a complaint. either way say what happened in the end. it's also your 1st post. so for now it's a little hard to believe. we'll see.

Many peoplle gamble and dont talk gambling online, some dont go online until there is a problem and they look for help. I have friends that gamble and go to no online forums to talk gambling.

It's true. I'm sure most people who gamble are not online discussing it. I'm not saying he's wrong for posting it. It was a facetious jab about how many people come on SBR and create an account just so they can complain about a slow withdrawal or something.
It's important that we hear about any bad experience with any book.
I'm just a little skeptical when they only involve themselves in the conversation when they need something.
It's a little like the person who goes on Yelp only when something goes wrong.
