    Hi all,

    Just wanted to give a heads up about this company (betnow.eu). I am trying to withdraw $ 750 and they are not approving my request. They say the need to pay me through refunds from my previous deposits and the rest of the money with skrill. They are saying the refunds will take 15 business days and only after i will be able to receive the money with Skrill. This is the first time i encounter such issue or offered such payout option (refund). And to wait 15 working days (so 21-25 regular). To be honest i dont believe them anymore because they are coming back and forth with different replies.

    Does anybody knows anything about this company ? Had similar issues ?

    It's not uncommon for books to insist on paying the amount of deposits back to the card used before allowing a different payout method.

    Some will make you redeposit by Skrill before being able to use it too.

    The 15 days is more about the card system taking time to process these but often they come a lot quicker than that.

    Can't really comment on Betnow reliability but the mucking around you describe would not alarm me, just annoy me having to wait.

    I see. Thanks for the reply. But they told me they proceeded with the refunds and they don't proceed with the skrill payout for the rest of the money. They say for 3 days that they will proceed "as soon as possible". If they proceeded with the refunds why they don't proceed with skrill as well (for the rest of the money), so I will have some of the money instantly ?

    I don't know for sure, they could be just stalling you of course.

    All I was saying is that the pay back to card system can take a week or two until you see it in your account and the credit is confirmed by the system. This might be what they want you to wait for. And their story would not make me panic about being paid as other books do act that way too.

    Where are they licensed?
    After I opened an account, but before I did deposit, I got called at home by them.
    Personally I did not like that. In spite of a nice bonus, I decided not to make a deposit and
    wait for positive reviews on them.
    They give very little information on their website and I could not find any reviews at all.
    I asked about this book on three forums and nobody seems to know them.

    They are licensed in Curacao. I heard they give easily licences there and players are not to safe.

    Before i deposit I checked on some websites and they had ok reviews.

    I got called home by them as well. Did not bother to be honest, cause it speed up the verification process.

    I will advice you against deposing at them.

    Actually on some of my communications I received an email by sbgglobal.com, which is a different company and with horrible reputation. I checked online to linked the two websites and did not found any other evidences - sources connecting them though...

    Still did not receive my payment.

    They still give me the same reply as day one : "The refunds are expected to hit your bank account as soon as possible."

    After a lot of emails they replied to me...

    "Sorry for the delay response on this. Now, the reason why you have not received the refunded transactions yet is because the processor which originally they were processed thru, might take longer than expected. Anyway, I will follow up today on them and get back to you as soon as I get an update from our processor."

    I got a ton of emails and texts from this book during football.

    Somehow they got my email and number from somewhere.

    I asked them why they weren't rated at SBR and they said they didn't want to be rated.

    I deleted everything from them since.

    That reply you got from them sounds like standard BS stalling.

    I hope you get paid.

    Give them a try after 9.00am EST and see what they say.

    If you can't get it sorted out you can fill in a sportsbook complaint form and maybe SBR can help.

    Hi. To be fair I got paid two days ago. But it was really to much hustle. I requested on 1st of March and received them on 23rd. And I was verified. They just wanted to pay me through refunds as mentioned earlier.

    I would stay away from them...
