few months ago I made a account by mrringo. I claimed the sportsbook bonus and I have made the bonus turnover. In december 2016 I claimed a withdrawl of 1205 Euro, but I dont get my money yet.

On 10th january I got a mail from a Senior Legal Advisor, that all my winnings from bonus and non bonus will be cancelled and that I only get my deposit back. Since 10th january nothing happend. My account is closed, I get ervery day spam mails from mrringo and I dont get money from them.

In other forms I read, that a lot of users have the same problem. So be careful to pay in there.

But what can I do now? I want to have my money.

At least you did get an official reply, other players and myself did not even get that, even after being promised twice in chat.
Only an employee by chat answered my questions(standard replies/script?).
No phonenumber, no replies on emails, nor on messages you can post on their website.

In my case I made 2 bets with odds less than 2.0(decimals). Maybe you did something similar.
Some bonusses have requirements bigger than 1.8 , others 2.0
So be very carefull yu read the odds on every bonusoffer.

Indeed, they keep sending out these bonusoffers, every two weeks a different code, most of them are 50 % with a maximum of 300 euro.
Maybe they will pay out if you do not make a mistake, but it looks almost like they hope you make a mistake.

Instead of the bet not counting for playthrough, they do/can not just take your bonus(and winnings) away, but your whole balance.
In other words, if you have 10000 on your account, accept a bonus and bet 10 euro under 1.8/2.0 they can confiscate your balance according to the lady in the chat.
She said it would be too much work impossible for them just cancelling the playthrough for bets under 1.8/2.0(or not accepting them uring the bonusperiod, which would be the easiest/fairest solution in my eyes.
Strangely though making bets on two sites(soccer) they will just let the first bet count(like most sites), so there their computersystem does detect these kind of bets.

There is a form posted on this forum somewhere with which you can contact the official Maltese government regulators.

Also I advise everybody to have your documents aproved immediately(like I did without a problem), so they will not make problems there.

I had to wait on my last withdrawal for 2 weeks (700,00 EUR). The livechat lied all the time because they always promised to process the withdrawal on the same day whenever I visited the chat.

Stay away from this book.

My account is verified, but I cant log in into my account.

I have claimed my withdrawl at beginning of december, so over two months ago.

My account was verified very quickly.
I always try to get my account verified asap if it is possible on any sportsbook,
just to make sure that there will be no confusion about documents later on.

One sportsbook they did/do not let me send in documents yet, even though I have been
depositing and withdrawing, but I would definitely like to get my account verified there as
well as I have been reading here and other forums, about people having problems with their KYC.

My account has been verified back since November 2, 2016.

The first deposit took 3 days or so (already few months ago). The second deposit 2 weeks as I said.

Made another withdrawal (~800 EUR). They said it would take 1-2 days. Instead it took 10 days. Furthermore they required a selfie though my account has already been verified for a few months.

Slow payment. Not sticking to their promises. I stay with a D rating.

My withdrawl request is now 3 months ago, no respond to my mails from mrringo, no withdrawl on my neteller or skrill account.
