    Beteast.eu close account, confiscate winnings

I opened an account with beteast.eu won some bets there and send them my ID today to verify my age. They closed my account permanently send back my depositing amount and confiscated all my winnings saying that I'm not the owner of my account and that my birthday is not the same on their site. I offered to send every document they want to prove that I'm the owner of my account, but they do not respond anymore. totally scam...

Beteast are definitely not a "scam", so stop with that crap. They are either correct in their findings that you aren't legit, or they've made a mistake in their findings that you're not the owner of the account, either way, they're not a "scam". It seems that you must have typed in your date of birth wrong when registering with them if your date of birth on your account doesn't match your ID, so if you can't do a simple thing like type your own date of birth in correctly, then a bookmaker is obviously going to be on guard straight off the bat. There might also be other discrepancies with your account which make them think you're not the owner of the account.

If you're legit and you can prove that Beteast are mistaken in any of the discrepancies that they've found in them thinking you're not the owner of the account, then you should have no problems. You're best to submit an SBR complaint and see if SBR can get to the bottom of it.

How it's possible that people can be on sportsbook favour? I sent via email a selfie of mine with ID, I'm ready to sent every document they need. But they just got away. And for a reason: I deposited 30 euro and got nearly 300 euros in one week. they just found a way to not pay. if not the passport issue for sure they would found another. they are russian it seems, and believe me this kind of guys do not like winners...

I'm not in "sportsbook favour". I'm simply taking an extremely common sense and balanced view looking at the facts, in that Beteast aren't a "scam", you must have typed your date of birth in wrong which is likely to raise suspicions from their end, and that there may be further discrepancies that they've found with your account.

If you think they're chasing you away just because you ran up a balance of €300, you're in la-la land. They're not a scam operator, so stop talking such rubbish. They haven't closed your account and refused you the winnings for no reason or because they're scamming you or anything, they obviously feel that they've made sufficient findings to close your account and refund your deposit. They may turn out to be mistaken in their findings, but that doesn't make them a scam, it just means that they would have made a mistake, as everybody makes mistakes, deal with it, stop chucking the toys out of the pram and just concentrate on how to resolve the problem.

And if you found out that they seem to be Russians and if you don't trust Russians to payout, then you shouldn't have deposited with them in the first place. Or if you didn't find out that they may be Russians until you came to withdraw, then that's your fault for not doing your research before registering with them to find out if they are Russians or not as you have such a distrust with Russians paying out.

The bottom line is, with you having such a distrust with Russians paying out, you must do research beforehand with every bookmaker to see if they are Russian or not, and then if before you register you find out that they are Russian, you can choose not to deposit if you don't trust them, or if you then choose to deposit then it's your fault for depositing with people you don't trust.

The point is, do your research beforehand and then you can make an informed decision if you have any specific distrusts with any nationalities like Russians that you don't trust to payout, rather than your current mess of depositing with people from a country that you don't trust. Learn your lessons for the future.

But regarding this case, as I said before, if you're legit, you should have absolutely no problem with submitting an SBR complaint, so stop moaning and whining, and get on with it.

So I cannot make mistakes but they can? I like russians, I even have been there and enjoyed the stay but it's a fact that some books there have payout problems... To be honest with you luctens I found your behaviour such without sense (in the case you are not their operator). Hope you will be not in such situation ever. guys that tried it, understand it. But wtf not a big deal...

I'm not saying you can't mistakes, I'm simply saying that you making such a basic mistake like not getting your date of birth right is obviously going to raise the bookmaker's suspicions, but as I said, if you're legit, you should have no problems in rectifying your mistake.

You saying you like Russians and that it's a nice country to stay in is a completely pointless thing to say. You were specifically talking about Russian bookmakers and that you don't trust Russian bookmakers to payout, so as you have such a distrust for Russian bookmakers, it is simply common sense for you to do your research before registering with a bookmaker to find out if they're Russian or not, and then if you find out that they're Russian, you can choose not to register there if you don't trust them because they're Russian. By you not doing your research and not finding out if Beteast are Russian or not before you registered with them, you have found yourself in this mess with money in a bookmaker that may be Russian when you don't trust Russian bookmakers. Learn your lessons and do your research in the future.

No there is no question that Portugal won , other books already paid all bets, and this beteast and their clones are not paying it's 4 days now and all they are replying is that they will do that as soon as possible.

Ebettle/Vitalbet/Beteast. There have been so many cases in the past and more and more cases are popping up right now (look up bitcointalk).

Obviously they have huge problems with paying out winners. I am waiting for 7 months for the results of an investigation that is proven purely fictional. Meanwhile they do not answer anymore on any of my e-mails. Curacaon authorities don't reply either.

I really have no idea how this joke of a sportsbook can be the main sponsor of English Premier League Football Club Swansea City and Philippinean boxing legend Manny Pacquiao. It's nothing but a scam book. A scam book with a high gloss surface. Their licence should be withdrawn. Unfortunately Curacaon authorities are tolerating scammers.

Update, ebettle , paid me one bet out of 4, which was 15eur @46, I had 3 more bets which included the same @46 odds selection and some other selections. And they just canceled all 3 bets and refunded just my money not even winnings for other selections in those bets. I still believe it's unfair.
