I have been trying to get a payout from Heritage but I have running into endless bullshyt. I submitted payout requests on their website but they keep cancelling them. when I call to ask them why they just tell me that I filled out the requests incorrectly (not including the btc address) but I did. they told me to re request and then I am told by peter that my payout password is not correct. WTF. I so tired of this bull.

Thanks for sharing, well if the BTC address was incomplete that would explain that. We haven't received any other reports of BTC issues. Regarding the next request, assuming after you provided your correct password it went through? Would you like to provide your account # to help@sportsbookreview.com so a manager can review what may have happened?

Management was able to identify from your description that a BTC payout requested yesterday was paid yesterday. Heritage pays BTC the same day during business hours; the reason your payout was delayed today is the lack of the address from your request. We understand the payout's on the way as normal.
