    My fault, they limited me due to my "bad language" ...but promised to restore, if I stop abusing ...

    They restored my limits after I apologied ...

    Limited not due to betting, but due (my stupid) emails regarding some issues.

    Now everything is ok.

    This is a good thread actually.

    Glad to hear SBE was smart enough to sort this out himself quickly, but it's a good warning for people. I see quite a few complaint cases that have really only turned into a problem in the first place due to the player abusing book staff.

    Never worth it. It never helps. Being 'annoyingly reasonable', polite but persistent is usually the best way to go if you get into an argument with them.
