The betting took place 3 month ago, I have deposited 490 euro into account at betsolo.com , and made bets on tennis match Saavedra-Corvalan, Cristobal : Suarez Gonzalez, Agustin in Chile on 08.12.15.

Starting odds were 1.1 vs 6. After player 2 gave a strong game is set 1 (7:5) I have made bets that player 2 will win second set at the odds 4, also some bets that player will win some games in that set. Player 2 did win the set and some games and my account was credited with around 2000euro.

In few hours I have received an email, that this bet was on reversed odds and that they will investigate this instance and asked to provide documents which I did quickly. After confirming the verification, they stated:

Your account has been suspended due to the review of the odds of the tennis match where the issue reversed odds has occurred:
>> 68BEF
>> 08.12.2015
>> Saavedra-Corvalan, Cristobal : Suarez Gonzalez, Agustin
>> Which player will win the match? *2* 1:0 4,05

Please have a little patience until the matter is resolved.


And I have beem waiting and trying to access my account from time to time, it was blocked untill recently. On 01.03 I have managed to enter the account and see the decision to take all the winning on that match from my acoount, which was 13 bets. After writing to them and asking why all bets not even on the claimed reversed odds were deducted from the account, they said it was beucase it was the same bet, even though they were on different outcomes. Also they claimed its too late to argue as they give 14 days to do it and said that my account was not blocked during that time.

After some investigation, I have realised that the odds were not even reversed, they were as they should have been, so the whole situation with reversed odds is also not true. And after telling them my arguments, they have closed my account completely and said that what I am saying is not true, that they sent me email that account was reopened on the same day.

Also in the account, they have made the last adjustment on 27.02, my guess is it was than when account was reactivated, but can not say for sure, was trying to login around once per week and it was blocked.

I have withdrawn 412 euro from Betsolo, basically the deposit amount after few bets uncecessful bets on another event. So be careful playing with them, I can proove that odds were not reversed and have screenshots of all the bets that have been placed which they cancelled. Also can provide further proof if needed.

Regarding the proof of the fact that odds were not reversed, if we search the internet with names of players, we can see that starting odds were 1.1 vs 6 in different bookies. After the first set was won by player 1, odds should have changed to become less than 1.1, like 1.05 vs 10 for example, but because player 2 was playing very strongly, loosing first set 7:5, odds have changed in his favor and became something like 1.35 vs 4 which seems very reasonable.

And BetSolo claims that they were reversed, which means that they are saying that player 1 should have had odds 4! Thats after being favourite and after winning set 1, and player 2 should have had odds 1.35 after loosing it and starting with odds 6.

So this whole situation with reversed odds is also a wrong claim not to pay up

Would be interested to hear feedback on how helpful KGC are if you do submit to them as well. The last interaction I saw with them left me with questions about how good/bad they are.

You probably should try giving them a chance to fix this if he is saying you are jumping the gun.

Try to talk to him a bit more if possible. Be easier to work with him than fighting. He obviously hates public criticism.

I did try quiet hard, wrote 8 emails in last few days, but may be there is still space left to reason, I would much rather not argue and solve this problem in some way.
