I don't mean to moan, but JUSTBET's new rules are starting to piss me off.

I remember a few years back JUSTBET would send ** payouts the next day, or worst case scenario, the day after. Now they are telling me they take 72 hours to review the payout, and once it's been approved, another 3-5 working days to send it. Is this not stupid???

5dimes, Youwager and other books literally payout same day or next day AND they have better books and customer service. What makes JUSTBET think they can do this? Their sportsbook looks like someone with a mental disability created it, their customer service reps answer questions that were never asked in the first place, and now the "processing department" is accounting like they are a serious corporation, like Apple or Cisco. Why and HOW does it take for some person sitting in a hole in the wall ware house 3 days to review a payout? These people are all located in farms and torn up cities that look worse than Cuba...and yet they are trying to do this in a "professional" way?


Anyone else have these issues with them?

I guess I should just wait for the order to go through, and then I can follow up with you to let you know how it went. It just surprises me how they went from offering next day payouts to all this "72 hours to review". I'll let you know how it goes. It's great that SBR has my back!
