Need Help in getting my funds.

i started an account in 10bet and initially deposited an amount using my credit card.

i went lucky and decided to withdraw my funds back to my credit card but the support told me that it was declined by my credit card's bank (maybe it is not support here in PH).

their advice is to do a bank transfer.

i prefer transferring it to my neteller account, but after 2 days, my withdrawal was also declined.

any suggestions? i have never done bank transfer yet but is willing to try it if people have tried it also. my bank doesnt have an IBAN but has a swift code, will that be okay?

The book should be able to work it out for you but generally you need the SWIFT along with some sort of branch identifier code and your account number.

Just tell them you are unsure and give them all the details you have. They probably know how it works for your country already.

Thanks again! Talked to some representatives of my bank and told me to just input the account number together with the swift code. Also confirmed that we are not part of IBAN.

Hoping that i can withdraw my funds this time.

Update: the funds has officially left my account (withdrawal is not cancellable anymore).
