    bookmaker wont pay out my 595$

    Edit by SBR Staff: Bookmaker management is reviewing the complaint you filed this morning.

    I requested a payout on the 24th of December. They didn't approve of it or process it until the 29th and today is now the 12th and still nothing has showed up in my checking account. Then they made me send them screenshot of my bank statement which is a complete a hassle(for mistakes on there end). Now They're saying its "blurry" and "we cant read it" which I knew they were gonna do before I sent it.

    Bookmaker is a joke. They took away my diamond status for no reason, took away my plastic deposit option for no reason, & their reload bonuses suck. Yet their sister book DSI offers me these things with a 25% reload bonus, makes no sense. I'll use JustBet before I ever use Bookmaker again.

    You're wrong, get a clue. For Bookmaker to say it's a management decision is not a reason. Especially when their sister book DSI is giving me the same things that Bookmaker had taken away for no reason.

    Don't think your immune at DSI either. I am not allowed to participate in the Betpoints program, cant bet more than 250 on anything, and lost maybe 50k in betpoints.

    What are the best withdrawal methods?

    I tried to do a Bitcoin payout but "I don't have enough of a credit history"

    Any experiences here? Also not allowed to do book2book transfers for the same reason.

    when you say a sister book is better, dont they run all these books out of the same place? BetCris, Bookmaker, DSI, Justbet?

    Not sure, as I'm just using DSI out of those 4 books.

    Fun fact about this group of books. They removed action reverse bet from their menu, but if bets are available. Apparently they don't realize, betting two if win bets is the same thing as betting a reverse. Only creating more work for the customer & their grading department.
