5Dimes or Heritage?
I live in New York and I'm looking to sign up either at 5Dimes (or Heritage . Which is safer, better and the more preferred sportsbook? Which is better for depositing and withdrawing? Any kind of input would be great. Thanks.
Also, can you buy points on the point spread on both of those sites?
dimes - reduced juice bonus
Heritage is the better book OVERALL. There is nothing wrong with 5Dimes. Heritage Insider posts on here and can assist you with any questions you may have. They have a great team over at Heritage.
sign up at both reduced juice is best option unless you bet baseball and hockey ml. If you do then heritage plus big bonus is best option. In my option Heritage offers more value depending on your betting style. Hertiage 50% bonus plus baseball or hockey ml in my opinion offers the most value in the industry. If you are a volume beter across all sportsbest to go with reduced juice option at both.

5Dimes.......If your account gets compromised at Heritage, they will kick you out despite being the victim. Pathetic book.
Hardknocks - I recommend using both of them. 5D a little better on props. Heritage customer service is outstanding. You can also ask Heritage for the special -105 low vig program. There are a few rules for that... but once their followed.... it's a great program. GL

Account compromised somehow, luckily Heritage security dept smart enough to know it wasn't me & froze my account. After several phone interviews, I was paid my 6k balance via multiple checks, account closed, & sent on my way. Treating me like the perpetrator, instead of the victim.
But I didn't ask for my account to be closed, as their security dept did a good job stopping theft attempt. I wanted a new account #, new password, with additional security measures placed on my account, but Heritage rather lose a customer.
Use both. Heritage is quicker with payouts but both books excellent overall.

Heritage quickly cuts winners. Went on a run of betting numbers and now I can't use their -105 program and my opener limit is only $100.
Never had the issue at 5D.

5Dimes happens to be the one that cuts limits drastically and also applies delays. Heritage doesn't do either of those.
IMO 5dimes has better betting options, but heritage has way better customer service. 5dimes CS is god awful bout 50 percent of the time.
Heritage deals custom lines that are shaded toward your betting preferences. I'm unaware of any other book that does that.
Heritage charges a % fee on credit card deposits (that is not clearly disclosed). 5Dimes does not. Therefore, 5Dimes better.
5Dimes has a better betting menu and posts lines earlier too.
never been limited at dimes but i am at heritage. still like them both. both great books.

Your lucky to even be able to get into Heritage, thats how great they are......was invite only A+ +for customer service.
Heritage because 5dimes customer service has gone to shit. They are quick to give a bad attitude. They don't know what customer service is all about. Most of those pricks wouldn't even make it at a McDonald's in the US with attitudes like that.
If you have to pick one, Heritage definitely the better option. No reason not to open an account at both though.
Both are excellent can make a case for one over the other but are two of the best shops overall.
