Edit by SBR: Pinnacle management addressed this issue - all losing wagers on this market that were originally cancelled like the OP's are being changed to no action. This is the correct and fair resolution in light of the confusion.
__________
So I had a small punt on the tennis match De Bakker-M.Pavic in the ATP Auckland qualies. The match was set to start at 12pm local time of the tournament (12am of my timezone).
At 10:41pm my timezone I get an email saying my bet has been refunded becaue they offered the wrong match-up.
They were actually offering the correct match-up but apparently the official website had the wrong match-up hence they voided the bet.
I'm like 'fine, I'm not going to follow it live then'.
The match lasted 1:45
At 2am my timezone, so well after the match was over, I get an email informing me that the bet was actually re-graded as valid and hence losing bet.
So basically now they can void you bets only to tell you the bets were actually valid AFTER the match is over. What if this was a big stake and I should have taken care of it hedging live my position or I wanted to trade the match based on my initial bet?
This is absolutely ridiculous for a bookmaker like pinnacle. Now we are not even sure whether the bets we get voided are actually voided for real and how they are going to grade them once the matches are over.
