    I emailed him this afternoon. No reply yet. Still waiting on a wire that was requested on Jan 8... I thought their payouts were supposed to be fast...

    He usually answers them within hour of getting them strange he hasnt been on the forum in about 2 weeks

    on other forums there is talk of phoenix being the next cascade..... google and read.... I'm not saying it's true, but I'm seeing signs it's not necessarily wrong.

    I want to give the benefit of the doubt as far as he is away or other reason. Everyday I check for a response and send another e-mail. It is getting old. IF there is a logical reason for the delay, I apologize. I guess time will tell.

    I am a touch behind right now. We have several business items going on here pertaining to visitors and I have been in and out of the office over the last few days attending to that. Posting is something I do to stay in touch, but at times it is hard to get here and respond to items with background on them and in a conducive manner. I am currently catching up on mails now.     Cascade was great until Del Mar pulled the plug. SBR can attest to the current backing of Betphoenix and to the fact that ownership is directly involved on a day to day basis. The two are not comparable.

    Well I get a response saying he was busy. That was it. The person who responded never made mention of the reason for the e-mail. The e-mail wasn't the first or last that I sent. It was the 2nd to last. Call me a fool but maybe someone is working his box and giving generic responses. Six days is silly to have to wait for a reply. Then when I get one it doesn't even address the issue. I wonder what more I have to go through to get an honest response.

    I kid you not. Practially every e-mail I sent them a rarely got a reply. Not just to richard, but to the lady host, livegames@betphoenix, and the casino manager. This over the spam of a month. I guess there is non stop meetings, visitors, etc. That seems to be the excuse. I'm really getting sick of it. What decent book continually doesn't reply to e-mails?

    I have an issue about them offering below standard odds on a product they offer. Richard said he would get back to me to see if something could be done. Still waiting. I will give an update everyday until I finally get some sort of resolution. I don't like being a pest and that is what is pissing me off.

    I got a response from Richard saying he'd take care of the fee for the withdrawal. I talked to customer service today and was told that I'd definitely have my money by Thursday at the latest. I'll update when I get paid.

    It's the same guy...scroll up in the thread. That doesn't mean Richard was responsible for the debacle at Cascade though....

    It should but its a shame that it has to come to talking to the boss of the company in order to get things done some of these people running these departments either speak little english or no english but they do know one phrase would you like to deposit with us today?
