For my first time ever withdrawing from my Sportsbook.com account I did a wire transfer for 5k and a check withdrawal for 2.5k to see which one would work better. I put them both in on 2/18/2010 and received the wire transfer yesterday 2/24/2010 and currently have a fedex tracking number for the check that is estimated to arrive tomorrow 2/26/2010. I was really worried about getting paid from reading various threads about Sportsbook.com and was prepared to wait 2 months to get my money buy was pleasantly surprised when I got paid out so quickly.

Are sportsbook.com and sports.com run by the same company? Their sites look very similar and they always have the same lines.

I have used sports.com for years, they also have a D- grade on sbr like sportsbook.com. But I can say I personally have never had any problems with them in any way. Hell, I have even won a couple thousand just on there free fantasy sport contests and free plays over the years.

Happy to report that my wire hit my bank account today. I guess i cant say they withdrawals are slowing down like i thought they might be. 5 days on a wire instead of 2. Still not bad but you still never know with this site, playing with fire and for whatever reason i keep playing with fire, i guess cause even when they had their problems i didnt get beat on a single penny.

Would be easier to think this was real if the guy had a different nickname and a much higher post count.

    Still waiting

I made my initial request for a withdrawal on 1/4/10. They keep playing games. Initially stated that I had to send the required documentation even though I did a year and a half prior for a withdrawal at that time. I've now sent all the documentation minimum 15 times. They except a document only to later say they haven't received it. Does anybody have an address in Costa Rico for this company or the name of the ceo?

There is no possible way you've sent the appropriate documentation 15 times. Did you ever inquire what was wrong with the documentation you've sent?

Read my post again or have somebody interpret it for you, it answers your questions. As I said 15x minimum.

I don't doubt this at all. SB.com is a master at stall tactics. They'll send out a bad check, then deny it's bad, and then take months to correct it. So why is it unreasonable to believe it takes over a dozen attempts for them to verify ID?

Because they'll have specific reasons the ID is bad typically (like everywhere). Too old, too blurry, wrong format, etc.

Its pointless to just keep resending the same documents. So you should ask why the documents weren't accepted before sending new ones. Otherwise you "send the appropriate documentation 15 times" without any good coming of it. They might all have the same error and not actually be appropriate. In addition this confirms receipt and acknowledgment of the items.

I just dont get it. Other than a bounced check (Which i agree should never happen) a year and a half ago which they made good on ive always been paid. Its not that i dont believe these horror stories but whats the deal? Am i suppose to think, hmmmmmm, im just a lucky guy who gets paid every time? Several other people that i know are getting wires and *** withdrawals without issue for over a year now. So whats the real situation? Do they hand pick who they pay? I mean seriously.

They do steal, which is a loltard offense. And they do it on an arbitrary and random basis. However, some of the stories are just ridiculous. How many days does it typically take for SB to get back to you about documents 2-3 business days? And you sent 15 sets of documentation? Spamming their inbox with the same docs repeatedly isn't really going to fix anything.

My friend deposited $100 there, brought it up to $1500, and withdrew $1300 via check. Got his check in about 10 days. However, I felt like they were really shady when I tried to have my documents processed to enable withdraws. I sent in a bank statement and a scan of my drivers license, and did not hear from them for 2 days (I was told it'd take 4-8 hours max). I contacted customer service and after speaking to a few different people, was told I'd have to send in my license again because the expiration date was cut off in the scanned pic. Not really sure why they need that info anyway. But I ended up sending them another picture, and again, it took much longer than expected. At that point I was in a slump and its like they were waiting for me to lose all my money before enabling my withdrawals

    Documents accepted

They have finally accepted the same documents that I have sent repeatedly which were fine contrary to their reasons for I cc them to myself. Maybe they monitor this site for I received nothing but a run around till posting here. Now lets see how long it takes for them to pay me.

There systems are a complete mess. Which if you are smart works in you favor. I have never had an issue being paid AT ALL. Mostly weekly for 3 plus years at least 100 withdrawals. Some I have had to wait for 3 weeks MOST come within 24 hours or less. They scare the shit out of me b/c they are so screwed up. In the end they Always have paid me... You guys that complain about verifying I have a simple solution SEND YOUR DOCS BEFORE YOU SEND ANY MONEY!!! Once they are verified send your cash.

not that that absolves them from the millions they've stolen before. D- is accurate until they pay that money back.

100% correct. People shouldn't be worried about getting paid if they haven't done anything "wrong"

How did I lie? All I said is that I'm not surprised that a D- Book would slow pay after football seaon when $$$ is scarce?

Why don't you just admit to being a SB.com shill and we'll both be telling the truth?

I sent the required documents almost two years ago and made a withdrawal. They say you only need to send documents once (BS). You say you made 100 withdrawals in 3 years. That's a withdrawal every 1.56 weeks. What are you doing , withdrawing $50 and paying a $40 fee after the first one of the month? You win every week ? Talk about BS. While researching sb.com I came upon a you tube video on sports gambling by a guy associated w/sbr. Much not to my surprise he states that sb.com are thieves. If your account is over 20,000 don't expect to get paid. There's just one problem w/ that, they don't know the person their f------ with.

Hell just froze over. Two months and two days later I received my withdrawal. Good luck to everyone else w/ your withdrawals. I'm out of here and going to an online sportsbook w/ an A rating. I've been w/ sportsbook.com for at least 10 years , not anymore.
