So I deposited a while ago for one of the BETDSI 100% up to $300 promos they ran around the holiday. I actually deposited $500 but only received bonus on the $300 per their rules. It came with a 20x rollover which I assumed was $6,000 since I only got a bonus on $300 and the remaining $200 of the deposit was without bonus.

Well, I forgot about the funds for a while as I was using other shops and finally got around to messing with it recently. Spoke to DSI chat to find out what I still had left and they informed me that my rollover to be met was actually out of $10,000 since I deposited $500 and it was a 20x rollover and it did not matter that I only received a bonus on $300 of the deposit.

Anybody familar with the rules of this promo that knows whether or not this is correct?

If it is the case what a horseshit rule and why would anyone deposit over $300 for this promo. WOuldnt it make more sense to deposit initial $300 and then send whatever else in a separate deposit. The difference in rollover isn't huge deal but just think the rule is kinda stupid and would deter people from depositing additional funds at a book.

This sounds like the chat rep just made up some rule because he was lazy. Betonline type move imo. I've used this promo before but have not encountered this issue. I would ask to speak to a manager about it because in my time with DSI, I haven't had any issues.

Yeah. I've seen that one Optional as well. But mine was for max 300. They have even acknowledged that I only got bonus on 300.

Deposit was made 12/23 so it was their holiday promo. It even says in the description for the deposit that it was $300. Again, not looking to make a big deal but it is kinda a garbage move.

No reason you shouldn't submit a complaint form with the details. It does sound strange and I bet the boss could either get it sorted if it is an error or come up with some better explanation than you have been given so far.

BetDSI has the worst bonus structure.

A little bit ago, I did the $150, 20 times rollover in the casino. I didn't realize I was only awarded with the winnings, I thought I got whatever my balance was at the end. I believe I did in the past, but I could be wrong. Regardless, at the end I was $2 away from reaching the rollover. I had $168, and I bet $2.....won the hand, so finished with $170. I was so pissed when I refreshed, and my account only showed $20.

Sure its in the rules, but I asked customer service tonnes of questions about the casino bonus, and this never came up once. Well, had I know, my last bet would have been all in.........at that point I either walk away with $0, or $168. I way I did it, I only walked away with $20. It's pretty obvious had I known the rules, I would have gone all in last hand to win $168......risk and reward right.

Of course they didn't let me play my $150 bonus anymore.......and said you snooze you lose. Bastard$

Yeah, I ve done it a few times over the years and its always been 300 max for me. It finally got worked out so all is good.
