    Yes, it`s russian book, which one likes to use video-conferences via Skype for verify an account hiding their faces. They are 3 or 4 yeas in business and cant connect to Skrill payment system yet. They are use "garbage" withdrawal options only.

    You need to go to your account and fill in your personal details as this isn't done automatically after registration. After that they will send a code to your mobile in order to verify the withdrawal.
    You shouldn't have a problem getting paid unless they think the account isn't in your name.

    dontknowhowtobet looking at your complaint it seems that you requested a payout on December 9th and you got payed a week later...

    correction a month earlier there was another request but it is seems the problem was resolved. Sometimes delays happen.

    Not these kind of delays and it took me more than a month to get paid.
    They are not as nice as they seem and they will give you so many hassles to get paid.

    I was lucky to be paid after emailing them dozens of times per day every day, both to their English and Russian emails (I used a Google Translate for Russian), literally driving them nuts to get done with it.

    I wouldn't advise anyone to go through this site, it's not worth it, and they will give you so many hassles it's just not worth it.

    PS I waited over a month for $1000 - imagine how long those with more than $2000 have to wait?!

    Are you sure that sending dozens of emails daily actually helped? Or could that possibly be part of the reason they made it harder for you?
