    Alot of businesses will absolutely compensate you in some form if it's an issue on their end. I own a business myself and if a customer has an issue due to an issue on our end I wouldn't even bat an eye on some form of compensation. It's just good practice and helps you retain said customer.

    compensating for 10's of thousands at the same time because of a tech issue is much different from dealing with 1 person who as a single issue. it depends on the business. the business's i mentioned would not compensate you if you lost their service for days. gone without power for days more than a few times and never has any business that i could not use but pay for monthly took a nickel off any bill. no other sportsbook would compensate anyone because they were being attacked and could not provide service for a few hours. the world is full of whiners - thinking they are entitled to something for nothing. that they actually deserve to be compensated by heritage who was the target not the perpetrator of the disruption of service. i don't know how heritage puts up with all this whining for something every time any little thing happens. betislands was great at giving everything away to every whiner who complained. look where that got them. how many people lost everything. nothing wrong with satisfied customers. but going to far to satisfy everyone is insane. the more you give the more they will want.
