First off thank you for looking and I hope ALL of you will make an opinon on this.
I made a wager on todays Ten - Mia game:
Straight wager / 2580B... 2009-12-20 04:50 $00.00$000.00$0.00 LossN FL/EV- (Winning margin (MIA@TEN)) TEN 1-6 points Money Line +4002009-12-20 13:19
The final score in OT was Ten 27 Mia 24
They counted this as a loss but the game is within 1-6 points with the correct team winning. I emailed them and I was told that because the game went into OT it is a loss. They say the rules state so.
Wait a min I said, I have read all of the rules posted on the site and there is no such rule for this wager.
I asked where is this rule and had no response. So I emailed them again and said even if there is such a rule ( NOT POSTED ON SITE) if the score was 0-0 or 24-24 at the end of regulation should the wager at least be a push since there is no winner one way or the other. Either team you can wager on starts at 1-6 and goes up.
I had had another problem with them this week when I made a deposit. I had an email stating I was entitled to a 40% reload bonus. When I made a deposit, there was no 40% reload bonus offered. I emailed them and did get the 40% reload bonus. I figured it was a simple glitch in the system, until todays crap.
Please let me know if anyone else has had these problems as well. Also I still say I should of won this wager. Please comment.
However, is your bet really a moneyline? More of a prop bet really, despite it saying "Money Line" in the wager list.
Might be worth noting there isn't a "no winner option" in their bet lists, which would tend to suggest it includes overtime (otherwise the book always wins if it goes to overtime).
LLXC: That is the way I saw it as well. Of course they do not have the OT clause, so they did the right thing by paying me after a little yelling by me.
