    There are some books that won't let you in if you are using an IP from the US. If you use a VPN showing outside of the US, they let it go and have been paying players. They don't request personal information.

    There'd be little point in them continuing to exist if they dumped US players.
    They are the only ones who need to use Bitcoin.

    I don't think any European books are excepting bitcoin at least the major ones are not

    It does seem more USA based

    Most affiliate programs won't work with books which accept US players. So, many with affiliate programs don't let you in. But sure thing you can bypass it.
