    Gamebookers balamce confiscation

    Hi everybody,

    gamebookers closed my 10 years old account and confiscate my balance because after I choose to deposit by card instead of skrill (because of fees) they asked to send copy of ID, I sent copy of passport which I used to travel the world and they say is fake. What a bunch of thieves.
    After many complains to regulator they returned the card deposit 100e (maximum amount you can bet) but not the rest of my balance.

    Just avoid them!!! Party group is worst merger I've seen. They are going down.

    why would i use my 'fake' passport to bet 100e - no bonus involved- at gamebookers beats me?!!?!??

    by the way as an alternative verification I sent copy of my ID card witch they ''accepted'' as valid to close my account; then again why would I have a valid ID card and a fake passport??? It's really ridiculous.

    To establish another fake account you know works before risking using it with the big bucks.

    Someone might have stolen one valid document and one that had been cancelled.

    i cannot risk more than 100e per bet at gamebookers as they limit accounts nowadays, what big bucks????

    I was just trying to help you understand that they may not see things the same way you do.

    It sounds like you have already exhausted all the proper avenues and SBR probably will not be able to help if the regulator has already backed the book up, but you are still welcome to submit a sportsbook complaint if you would like someone to have a look at it: http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

    this thread is just a warning for existing Gamebookers customers - their balance is always at risk with them!!! Better AVOID gamebookers!

    gamebookers a long time book but gradually started going down hill year after year

    10 years ago it was great
