On 12 th February 2014 I bet by betsafe sportsbook on the game Lushnja - Teutta Durres in Albania Cup. I had placed some over/under bets and handicap bets. After the game betsafe grade the bets correctly.

5 days later betsafe sent me an email that they cancel all bets off wrong odds. I've asked them why, because the odds are normal and other bookmakers had the same. Then they told me that the bet was cancelled, because the game was fixed. I've asked again why the game should be fixed and I got a mail, in there they say:"The odds are wrong and the game could be fixed, so we must cancel your bets." So when the loss for betsafe is to big, they can say the game was fixed and we cancel your bets. Everyime I ask they find a new excuse. Although I told them every time the odds are total normal and ask for proof of there maipulation theory they only gave new excuse but no facts.

So when the loss for betsafe is to big, they can say -whenever they want without any proof - the game was fixed and we cancel your bets.

that match was indeed fixed , but Betsafe should pay.They are nobody to decide if a match was fixed or not.Just file a complaint here or write to their regulator.

My friend nobody can cancel your bets like this,its not fair,you should fill a complain form and you have to be sure that they can not keep your winnings,,,or they have to leave the market.....tell them that you will contact their licence provider,and you will see they will pay you better than pay a fine,

theu are scam...when you loose they win,when you win they will find any kind of excuse not to pay you....stay away from this bookie,its not worth.find their licence provider,fill a complain,get as more evidence as you could...there are roomors for more than 300 soccer games a year,,they cant cancel your bets like this,,,you should fight for your money,,you should print all your bets and keep them in any case like that

I bet on the same game and after I read your post , I pay out all my money there.
But betsafe do not cancel my bets, they pay it. I hope my screenshot will help you, to get your winnings back.

I informed sportsbookreview and LGA few weeks ago, but I didn't get an answer. And the photo shows the fraud of betsafe. I am speechless of this cheat from betsafe.
