    been waiting on a matchbook book to book trasnfer for almost 24 hours now

    the website says these are done almost instantly. all they tell me is they need approval. not cool. im a good customer and should be treated better then this. trying to transfer to phoenix.

    not at all. they have not taken the funds out of my account or anything. they admit its on their end.

    Definitely on BP's end. Took me four tries recently to get a transfer done to MB in the same day. BP is slipping badly IMO.
