Please be aware that the above company are the most deceitful, dishonorable and despicable set of crooks imaginable and after doing some research on them i am just one of many PLEASE NOTE THEY DO NOT HONOR BETS as soon as you have the audacity to win from them as i did when eventually getting their so called free bet after numerous lies from various reps my horse won at even money and as soon as it won within a couple of hours i was receiving e-mails asking me for proof of ID for age verification reasons which i now know is what they do all the time i have sent them in 4 lots of ID including my passport, birth certificate, utility bills etc and they just send you a stupid e-mail saying that the docs have not been accepted because they are unclear which is of course an absolute lie as is all their free bet ads, their streaming service is appalling and their markets are pathetic !! in the short time i was betting with them they undercut every single horse i backed by in some cases 2 points. So i am just warning every punter out there to AVOID these guys like the plague and i wonder how many other punters especially it seems English punters have been affected. I have sent a complaint in direct to Sportsbook and the bookmakers review site and can anyonelse offer any other advice which will help me get my monies from them and believe it or not we are talking about £60. They are a disgrace to the betting industry and have no place on here whatsoever.

Hi Bill my first name is Michael by the way, i have been sending documents off all week and because my passport expired in August last year (unknown to me but that is irrelevant anyway as they need it to see my dob) they asked me to send a birth certificate in and a utility bill which i did and surprise surprise they sent me an e=mail saying that the birth certificate is invalid and the utility bill is unclear which is total and utter lies, it is just a scam Bill it doesn't make any difference what i send in. They even sent me an e-mail yesterday stating that they are still awaiting a photo of me holding my expired passport ! like i said it my e-mail to you yesterday i feel as though they are just taking the piss the docs i have sent over are as clear as a bell and why would you want to see docs to pay out £60 they have absolutely no interest in making any payment to me.

I am delighted to say that after contacting you in seems that eventually common sense has prevailed and justice has been done as it were, i received an e-mail from Titanbet finance team today confirming that the o/standing monies which are owed to me have been paid into my bank account today.

I am extremely grateful to all concerned in whatever work has been done over the last day or so to sort this very unpleasant situation out and it is with real regret that i had to go to such lengths to obtain what was rightfully mine, mind you it's not in my bank account yet so fingers crossed.

But anyway thanks to all concerned.

Thanks for the update Michael. In their defense you can't do squat with expired docs for a few valid reasons...including the time I tried to rent a car at the airport and had my old license!

Now, they have to be especially vigilant with free bets. It's their idea to take the challenge with these offers but players have to understand that bookmakers can get 40% fake or invalid accounts when they do them.

Hi Bill, yes i understand about the expired passport scenario, i sent it over so they could clearly see my DOB and i assumed that would clear up the age verification problem but nevertheless that is the reason i sent over my birth certificate and 2 Utility bills, anyway it looks as its all been sorted now but wouldn't it be advantageous for everyone if all these security checks were done before a single bet is even placed ? i really didn't expect a company to request ID from me for winning £60 i must admit but if we were talking £6k then i can understand but anyway thanks for all your help.
