Maybe they have access to some sort of gambling problem database, and for some reason your name (and address) is listed there? Or maybe someone with the same name have registered and self-excluded themself from BlueSquare?
If you really don't have a gambling problem and you talk to them, I am sure that the situation will be sorted out. I can't imagine that a bookie wants to wrongfully prevent someone from gambling. But good on BlueSQ to take this seriously.
