    atm bank return

I just had William Hill try to deposit money bank into my ATM card and now my bank has shut down my account presumably because they dont want this kind of transaction.

William Hill told me that I have to go back to my bank and that they should've returned the money back to my William Hill account which has yet to be done. I have the William Hill transaction number and nothing else.

Has anyone else had this problem with your bank rejecting a sports book deposit back to an atm card and then having to try and locate the funds? Is all I need is the William Hill transaction number? Is there any other way to track this transaction?

    thanks

apparantly there should be a point of sale slip that William Hill received that shows that the credit was approved or declined similar to if you have a sale when you use your card at a store or merchant.

mexico is one of the countries that does not allow withdrawals to be deposited back to an ATM card and I am going to confirm that my HSBC bank declined the William Hill deposit back to my card today which I presume is the case as my bank account attached to this ATM card has now been cancelled and I have been told by HSBC that I must open a new one(bank account).

If I am able to receive confirmation of the declined HSBC deposit and William Hill will not provide a copy of the approved credit back to my card then I am going to start a new thread detailing my three week experience with William Hill(a frozen account for 14 days) and ask for the management of SportsBook Review to get involved which they should as this is one of their A-rated recommended sportsbooks.

I am not going to jump the gun here but if what I am saying actually happened then this should be classified as fraud(William Hill claiming of having an approval of a credit back to an ATM card and not actually having it).

Hello, how long should an atm wihtdrawal take for it to hit your bank account( I have never done this before)?

William Hill sent a payment to my **** ATM card here in mexico and my bank wont allow it. Below is a link of what countries wont allow withdrawals back to atm cards

    http://www.goldenruleofpoker.com/money.htm

I have showed William Hill that the payment was not received(nor will it be) on my now closed bank acccount and since it is being sent back how long should I wait for William Hil to credit my account back the withdrawal to my account. They have given me an ARN transaction number and my bank HSBC has no record of it.

I just finished talking with William Hill live chat. After giving them the name of the HSBC mexico representative that I talked to yesterday confirming that HSBC never received my funds nor has any reference to William Hill's ARN number to the missing $2000.00 they have told me that they will have an answer for me in 48 hours.

The manager also asked the representative to see if I had talked with my bank regarding charge backs.

Very odd as what i gather from charge backs is that they are done by people that are trying to rip someone off or by someone that has been ripped off.

With SBR's approval on Friday if this situation has not been resolved I am going to start a thread detaling my whole one month William Hill experience.
