Matchbook locked my account
My account is locked from 10 days, they say :
'' Your account has been suspended while our Risk and Compliance team investigate your betting behavior ''
you have similar experiences? I have a lot of my money locked!

Matchbook management is smart enough not to offer such leagues in the first place.
Nevertheless interesting thread. Some more info would be nice. I have some doubts here. Never heard of a similar case before

That's why I thought it is an interesting case, because matchbook only offers big popular markets so I thought match fixing was not an option. I was wondering then what kind of betting activity could make them suspend an account. If it is indeed suspicion of match fixing it is even more intriguing considering they only offer markets on big leagues/events.

Account unlocked! After 11 days they decided to unlock my account.
I do not understand why the winners are always singled out, who loses everything ok!
A word of advice do not leave too much money on Matchbook!

How about giving us some details? Being locked for "betting behaviour" is kind of strange at an exchange. Thank you.
That is a very legit reason for a site to lock up your accout op. Don't bet like that next time, just bet normally & try not to win too much $$$ too op.
I am also got ban at a store for buying behavior, than got ban at 1 restaurant for eating behaviour. Now I learn my lesson, I just do thing normally.

What type of betting activity would cause this?
● sure bets?
● arbing?
● location where bet was placed in relation to where suspect match was played?
●Or is this just an idiot who is trying to mess with a books reputation?
● similar ip address as another player?
● exact same bets made on 2 different accounts?
It's not arbing as matchbook does not care about that
Not surebets either
It's probably a identity thing
