    But dont tell me that it can last so much time,can you tell us number of customers?
    From my case i know that you can resolve it in 5 minute but i dont know why it last so long.
    Can you give us time frame that you ll resolve our problem?

    Still nothing,was on chat yesterday and after 45 minute of explanation they finally saw that they made mistake,i was told that senior member is looking thru my bets and that i ll get answer soon on my mail and everything ll be fine.
    Almost 2 days have pass and still no answer from them.
    Tomorrow is last day of my patience i am going to bash them on all forums and i am going sending my complaints to all possible regulators.

    My balance is finally given back to me and my problem is solved!
    I must say i am happy with it but not happy with how my case was handled and with all problems i had this last 2 weeks.
    I hope the rest of people ll get their money back soon.
