I login to deposit 300 with my **** to take advantage of the holiday100 promo. I have deposited over 10k with the same card this year. If you deposit using their online ADD FUNDS button you know at the bottom you must click “agree to terms and conditions”. For some reason today the exclamation point appeared next to the terms and conditions saying I was missing a field. I call CS 10 mins before GB/DET game to explain the issue and just to dep 300 and get bonus. CS rep says only available online. Meaning: you can ONLY get bonus through online cashier. If you use a CS rep through chat or phone you do not get this promo. (I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS)
So I kindly ask for a manager and Diane gets on the phone and cuts me off talking 3 times. This dumb oyster (yes i called her this after she was downright rude). She says well if that is popping up you are missing something. I redo all info to please her and still not processing due to terms and conditions button. She rudely says “Well the promo started yesterday and you are the only one complaining and no exceptions will be made”.
This bitch doesnt even know her own system. The exclamation point only shows up next to missing fields but she ARGUES with me even after i test it. I offer to send a screenshot and was even more rude.
Bottom line, i have always liked DSI and have ALWAYS gotten paid 10k+ through wire pretty quick. But their customer service is the WORST, yes worse then 5dimes. Ever since they took Justbet Bookmaker and DSI has gone down hill QUICKLY.
A few more examples….
1) A few months ago I blasted them on SBR (was quickly deleted as SBR gets paid from them) for charging an extra $10 if requesting a payout trhough CS rep over phone or chat. They changed that assine rule that same week.
2) This week i deposited a few dimes through ** and they never rre-embursed my fees. I get on chat and ask Mia and she says i must email a copy of my receipt and i threw away as soon as funds went in.
3) You now sit on hold and hear you are now 17th in line to speak to a CS rep.
DSI will never see another penny from me as their customer service is absoluetely garbage, their lines suck, and the managers dont even know what they are doing. DO NOT DEPOSIT with these oysters.
