and has to transfer me to the one person present that is able to communicate with people... course thats another "line" since everyone is asking for the non mental midget...today on their streak contest (which was down for 4 days for "repairs" until yesterday) every o/u was listed like every other o/u in the history of sportsbooks, except a couple which were randomly listed like this
...but it was still hrs before the game so I figure, no big deal they will void my pick or change it to the correct one..after being on hold for 20 mins(because NO ONE ever knows ANYTHING about the streak contest...its almost like a rogue employee set it up on his own and didnt tell anyone else) she told me that since I was the only person she knew of that complained that she couldnt change it...she of course admitted it was their mistake(which is a pretty big one considering they are a SB!) but basically said F you im not changing it
... the bottom line is they dont appreciate the business and have no respect for their customers. The streak thing was just the last straw in a long list of ridiculousness from dsi... So far theyve done like 4 things that most people would close their acct over(wont get into since this is already way too long... sorry) but its funny cause they'll act like a d!ck to me on the phone so Ill stop going through them then 2 wks later they are calling harassing me while im at work asking if ill make a deposit...no longer... use bovada or 5 dimes much better at EVERYTHING...
