The vig doesn't apply when you are doing a rollover. They always take the lowest amount... the amount you are trying to win. If you are smart you will ask them to block the casino for you. Very few people have the discipline to stay away after a big win. It will probably be quite a while before you get all your money out so I would play it safe ... disable the casino and make some sports bets. Just don't go crazy and give it all back.
I played BOL online casino BJ twice in the past & each time the software wiped out quite high balances in a very short period of time & I was playing very disciplined BJ strategy.
Odds of you getting paid increases dramatically if you tell them to block your casino access NOW man. They are waiting for you to screw yourself. Cancel casino feature let them know you mean business.

You mean you just lost the money? Or your balance just disappeared? I really didnt play anything crazy outside of the normal blackjack book rules but i did a lot of double downs with 8's and 9's when the dealer showed a bust card....
The BOL guy probably wants to help you out as keeping you happy is good advertising for the book.I have little doubt you will paid. I just hope they don't revert back to their old incompetent ways as far as waiting months to be paid.

Wow.Very nice! I 've had some great runs in the casino too. Well over 10 dimes.I have also had some horrible runs where I keep depositing and never seem to win. When you are winning like that it's hard to imagine ever losing large amounts again or losing control and start chasing losses.I am a strong believer when you make a nice chunk of change no matter how you did it take the money and run.You can always deposit a bit later on again. It's never really your money until you have the cash in your hand. You leave it in there it might as well be monopoly money.
I've never made a large deposit to play online casino's but someone out of of $300=$500 deposits I have found myself betting $200 a hand several times. and rapid fire. I've had 10K plus off blackjack many times, it's best to play at places you can get fat payouts quick, like 5dimes and youwager for americans. It's too damn tempting for a person that made the money betting aggressive as hell if it sits in the account day after day with pending withdrawls.

patty cash what game are you playing? maybe there is just a setting on your account that they messed up and that's why you keep winning so much. i mean after you've won so many thousands it seems like it can't just be luck
i dunno how it works really but i think if i were you i would just keep playing until i stop winning. it's nice to be up 15k but imagine being up 3x and paying for vacations for the next 5 years with your winnings
They tried to make me complete a 3k rollover left from 2011 but I managed to talk to them and get the rollover clock reset to 0 - if you have any problems just send a PM, here on the forum, to BetOnline and someone will answer you back

Yes. I think when you win in online casinos I look at it as I got very lucky this time but feel most online casinos are probably rigged. I really feel they can do a "switch of doom" if they want there money back. It's a computer program. I'm sure they can adjust it any way they wish.

The Switch of doom i do believe exists. Sometimes you can be playing and doing Ok. Not great but maybe slightly ahead. Then you get a couple $100 up. Then the server all of a sudden will Freeze forcing you to either resign on on make you wait awhile. Then when you go back to play dealer gets 20/21 Over and Over and you will lose everything very quickly.
You should stop playing now before they get it all back. That is really why the Sportsbooks have Casinos to get back the cash won in Sportsbetting.
you don't win at online casino's overall if you play a ton of hands if it's $10/hand or $1000. the software doesn't have a mind of it's own of it's own. It's just when you're betting big and go on a run you're elated and if you go on a losing streak you feel crushed. You have to take a risk and have a hit and run mentality.
Hello everyone. So I am a sports and occasional poker player on betonline. I have been with them for years and have been through the surprise rollover and often unbearable communication skills of customer service. I will say recently my experiences keep getting worse and worse. The good news is they do pay p2p quickly but the Max is 950 ** and 800 via **. DO not do the wire. Just last month my wire for $2000 went missing and was gone for 20 days. Cost me a ton of action. Eventually it was returned to my account and I blew it. Surprise surprise.....continued
Most recent I made two deposits after going to zero and did not take a bonus and when I tried to cash out 5000 I was told that I have to wait 30 days. Apparently they implementated a new policy where if you take the yesbonus you CANT cash out for 30 days even ifzero out. Even if you met rollover. This was not policy last month and half the people I spoke to are still under the impression that you reset atzero .
I have tried to get a supervisor and get the same run around. They show such little regard for customers it is alarming. I wager thousands and they act like I'm an idiot for being surprised by this new policy as if I wake up every morning and re read the generalrules on the site. I will be attempting to get an exception or if not will try to cashout November 20th. 25fp holds my 6200 hostage. Not fun. Bottom line avoid all bonuses with them like the plague it is not worth it. New 30 day waiting period if youtake a fp bonus to cash out even if you meet rolrollover and even if you hit zero. Accounts no longer reset at zero. This new policy took place october 1 2013 so be warned. Betonline policy change.
actually they let me withdrew a few days (I think less than a week) after I made my deposit (I also received the 110% bonus) ... I was just told that I have to pay a withdrawal fee because I did not wait for 30 days before requesting a payout
When was this? I've been playing with them for 3 years so I'm shocked if that's true. Maybe they are just hoping I lose it back not sure. I have told by management that there is nothing that can be done. Was this cashout this month?
Fees are standard unless it's Friday and your first cashout of the month then u get 50 towards the method of cashout but you must ask for it explicitly.

Good to hear yeh the bonus is not worth it unless it desperate times. I will say again that their Person to Person payouts work really good. I had my money with 48 hours. But the wire was a horrible experience. And I do like that they release lines early and overall I like to gamble with them, but their customer service or lack there of has almost him breaking point. As opposed to just treating me like a valued wagering customer they treat me like I am trying to rob them or have no clue about anything. Nothing more annoying than a guy telling me sir its all there in the rules? CS is acting like I am the biggest idiot around. No respect, no professionalism, and no courtesy. I wager sometime 4500 a game with them also. I am not rich either but gamble a lot. So I can't believe they don't even take the time to acknowledge that. In the end like I said you should get paid ok but realize you have to stay on top of everything.
I am a lawyer from Chicago so it's not like I don't know how to read the fine print but their own customer service reps don't know the new rule as I have been told my account resets at 0 which is not apparently true anymore.
This is where things are at and they say no exception so I will just wait it out.
Again though I WOULD NOT TAKE THE YESBONUS ever. 6x rollover on deposit + fees+ bonus. And I do want to give a heads up that I learned years ago hard way.
