    scandalous the way Betcris chooses customers they display lines for !

    Hi Everybody. I wanted to bet today on european championshio (2015) qualifications matches (basketball) using my Betcris account. Problem: lines exist, i perfectly can see them when "logged out", but as soon as i login, they disappear !!! I went on live chat to ask if lines could be displayed for me too but i was answered lines were up for me too and i had to change browser to see them ?? Do they think i'm stupid ?? I had the same problem during the whole past year with all european basketball championships: lines were up, i could see them when logged out but they disappeared when logging...And every time i had to ask live chat if they could display it for me too, which they sometimes did. Once i was clearly told on live chat that Betcris reserved the right to choose customers they displayed lines for. So they displayed lines for some customers, and not for others (i'm from UK). Is that legal ??? I simply find it scandalous !

    They have the right to do it.

    Normally I stand up for CRIS but the only advice I can give you is stop playing their if they are blocking you off from games you want to bet. Their CS is solid and usually a good out for most people, but not you.

    Just play with a bookmaker that offers you those lines.

    It is a bit of a longshot, but I know BetCRIS uses DGS for their backend software, which supports different access controls between the same player calling in, verse going on the web. Maybe they have restricted those lines only to players calling in (866-238-2747)?

    But more likely, they block players based on some other restriction they have decided internally, and calling won't make a difference. Like I said, longshot...

    Don't see the problem myself - they're not a public service, they're a business. What law could it possibly be breaking?
