I'm really curious of you used any of your reload bonus before this incident happened.

I'm willing to go out on a limb you got a hefty bonus, played some of it, hit a nice play on the giants with you real money, wanted to cash out shortly after, then came up with an excuse that you didn't agree to a high reload with a high rollover. You played dumb so you wouldn't be tied down. You came here to start a ruckus.

In the 200 times or so that I've deposited with them, they clearly told me the % of the reload and the rollover whether on the phone or via live chat. I guess someone just forgot to with you.

If what I said isn't true then use this as a lesson with any book to ask questions and pay attention.

If you expected a 5x rollover but got a 75% or higher reload then you knew full well the rollover would be high but waited until after your hit to raise hell.

the sad part of this is Dan (owner of wagerweb) is very nice guy. I came from SIA and he knew what happened and welcomed me with open arms. I won money off wagerweb in 4 month period and things were fine i thought. if i ever had a problem I would always email dan and he would get back to me 4 or 5 days later. never fast.
but one i told him i would post at sbr if i didnt hear back that day, I would get a call. he didnt care about his rep on sbr but yet he would call like clockwork (YOU CANT MAKE THIS SHIT UP FOLKS). so when they did this bullshit with my game not being paid on time I got upset and called him. he wouldnt take my call nor would reubend. I posted on sbr and he called me 4 times in 1 hour. dan i know you are reading this- you are a nice guy, you just used me like a pawn and that isnt right.
your book is good, you have no payout complaints, you just didnt follow through with this. like I told you before, i wish you good luck but I am not sending you any more money. you can tell people you kicked me out, that is cool, you knew i wasnt sending anymore. but its cool. your a good guy I know. but you dont like winning players and people who stand up for something against your book. you cant be right 100% of the time. everyone makes mistakes.
