Hititbet closed my account with 750 euros

ANd the reason is that I didnt send identification documents on time.First I had no idea that they need to verify my account in 2 months time, and second I had personal issues and didn't login for around 20 days. Then one day I decide to withdraw and verify account and I see 0 euros. Can they do that? This is very bad behaviour.I send id and utility bill, but they tell me about stupud rule to verify on time??????

The 2 month rule is stated a few times in their Terms and Conditions as part of their money laundering verification so unfortunately there's not much to argue about that one. If you haven't already, contact them and see if they'll reinstate your account if you supply all the documents they need. I'm not sure what else you can do beyond that.

Fill out this Complaint Form and someone from the Dispute Team will take a look for you. Their terms say that the money in your account is donated to charity but you'd think they would at least refund your deposit.

I filled a complain. The last thing I heard from SBR was a question if they gave me my deposit back. But they refuse to do that.I understand that there is a term, but I didn't know about this term.So I sent my documents 3-4 days after their "deadline" and because of that they take my money. If there's nothing I can do, atleast I want my deposit back, but they refuse to give it to me!This is the first time I have such situation with bookmaker!

Unfortunately I don't think claiming not to know about the term is going to help you. When you join their site they make you tick a box saying you've read and accepted their Terms and Conditions and even provide you with a link to them. I know I often don't read them too but sadly we can't use that as our excuse. If you've filed your complaint then I think SBR will try to get your deposit back but that's up to the sportsbook and the AGCC. I know in Australia you have 90 days to verify and then your cash is shipped to the tax office of whichever state and lost for good. Not sure if you get your deposit back though after you verify as I haven't been in that position. Hopefully SBR can help you out.
