enterbet payment struggles follow them into the fall
enterbet (SBR rating D-) has not found an answer to its ongoing sporadic payment cycles. The small post-up shop, which is based out of San Jose, Costa Rica has not made secret of the fact that players even with modest earnings have been placed on payment plans. One such player wrote in to SBR indicating that he has not received a payment in more than three months, and the payments he had received were $250 at a time. The player is owed $1952.33. SBR advises that any player with a balance at enterbet, or any GoToEntertainment sportsbook ceases all wagering activity until payments are received.

This is my case I believe. Actually this is incorrect information and it has been about 8 months perhaps since my last payment, not 3 months. I emailed SBR to correct this 10 days or so ago but did not get a reply.

My last "payment" from Enterbet was around 6 months ago but it was a bogus ** number. I have asked the book 3-4 times via emails to Pablo and on live chat to at least put the $250 that was taken out back into the balance that appears on the page. They refuse to do so. So now not only has there been no payment in close to a year but my balance is incorrect and every 2 months or so I get an email thanking me for my patience.

I would like SBR to see what they can do on my behalf.

Haven't been checking the board but I see I'm a week late to new hope!

Must have been owed $2k for about 2 years now. Balance is around $1700 but is actually $1950 as the last ** number I received was invalid. For a few months I stopped bitching about getting paid and just begged to at least reflect my correct balance but they wouldn't even do that, let alone pay.

Talked to Barry over there yesterday and today. He is saying he has to talk to Pablo about things, no withdrawal yet and no ETA. Well, it's been 2 years so whats another few days. As far as the $250 bum ** number, that money still has not been put into my account and they are going to "look into it."

Will update as we go, hopefully gonna get paid here at long last.

8/25 Still the missing $250 not put in my account. A few days after I brought up the complaint it would have been nice to see this there.

Went on live chat and asked for Barry or Pablo. Was told they don't speak by live chat. But I had spoken to Barry on live chat 2 days ago under the name "Pablo" so they do have live chat. I mentioned this fact and Nicole said yes but they were not available on chat today and I had to call in.

So I called in and neither was available.

The clerk put a message on Barry's desk. Will update tomorrow.

8/27 Spoke to Barry and the missing $250 is in my account now. Well for some reason I feel better.

Apparently the deal with Phoenix is over which is unfortunate. But I'm rolling now. Barry said he thinks I'll get a payment on Wednesday. Will update Wednesday my two-year slowpay!

9/01 Well I spoke to Barry again since my update and was again told Wednesday. Now it's Wednesday and I hop on live chat but no dice.

They said they need to get through this first weekend of football and will have something next week and to contact them on Tuesday. Then they said I was "slated" for next week. I asked for clarification whether I would have a tracking number on Tuesday or just to contact on Tuesday. "You are getting paid on Tuesday."

Another week.

Got paid $250 from Enterbet. A few accounting problems slowed down the process (got 2 bad numbers, the first they emailed and corrected before I went, the second I got down there and somehow had the wrong sender). But after a good 2 or so years, got a payment. Time to go for another one!

I am 100% out of Enterbet. Took 2 years to get that 2k balance out. I'm not sure whether to urge you to play cuz they're doing the right thing now or tell you to stay away. Anyway, just glad to be paid.
