    Private Equity betting = syndicate betting in Vegas?

    Surprised I haven't read anything about this so far on the forum.

    Little confused about what they are trying to achieve with this bill though as:

    1. from what I read, vegas sportsbooks avoid sharp action

    2. betting would need to be automated somewhat as I don't see this happening with walk up counters

    3. I would think these betting corporations are better off offshore getting better odds.

    unless it is used by offshore books to lay-off action, but I assume that is what the Gaming Board means by looking into all partners.
