I am shocked to see that some online books discriminate against deaf people. I received a voicemail from AceSportsBook (no surprise that they are related to Vice1 and AmericasBookies -- All D+) stating that I had a $50 freeplay in my account. Hear me out, I have plenty of money on Bovada and usually don't entertain such contact, but decided to email them to see how the rest of the world outside of 5Dimes and Bovada lived.

I was basically told through email that if I could not speak to them on the phone, I was ineligible to receive the freeplay. I don't care about not getting a $50 freeplay with a 25x rollover, but I am very disappointed that it was due to my disability. Sorry if I don't want my interpreters to speak to an online bookie on my behalf. Not good PR. I guess I know why I immediately discard any messages that have to do with freeplay on a book I have never heard of.

Any other deaf players out there experience any issues? It has never been an issue at Bovada.

I received that 'fake transcript' from Griffin, the one you said the stuff to and it's verbatim what GoVolz posted here (except GoVolz omitted the 'n' word) My guess is if any investigation was launched, Griffin can show ample proof that the chat is genuine.
